PolyPAGE-40 Acrylamide/Bis (37.5:1) liquid solutions

PolyPAGE-40 can be used for the preparation of gradient, continuous or discontinuous denaturating (SDS) polyacrylamide gels. The 40% acylamide/bis (37.5:1) is packaged in a 500ml amber Nalgene container. By varying the monomer (acrylamide) and crosslinking (bisacrylamide) concentrations in a polyacrylamide gel, one can optimize the pore size of the gel to give the best separation and resolution for your specific molecule. Each PolyPAGE-40 product is specially produced to ensure maximum stability and shelf life and is guaranteed for 3 years.
