Suitable to use in identification of fluorescent fungal elements and trichomonas detection.

Rapid chemo-fluorescent method useful for the detection of Microsporidia and Acanthamoeba spp. The Fungi-White dye fluoresces when exposed to ultraviolet light (below 400nm wavelength). The procedure is useful on fecal smears, cell cultures, or other sample materials. To use this method on plastic sections requires modifications to the standard protocol.
