Nichrome® 5 nickel-chromium straight wire needle for picking colonies from agar plates

Method of use: The Microloop Nichrome® straight wire needle is held in a suitable Microloop® Holder. The wire is first sterilized by flaming, for example with a Bunsen burner, allowed to cool, before collecting test material.
