The BioMag®Plus Amine Protein Coupling Kit provides all the reagents necessary for covalently coupling proteins to BioMag®Plus superparamagnetic particles.
The contents of the kit are sufficient for five coupling reactions.
Materials Supplied with Kit:
10ml - BioMag®Plus Amine Terminated Particles
1 x 10ml - Glutaraldehyde (EM Grade, 25%)
1 - BioMag® MultiSep Magnetic Separator (Cat. #85200-1)
1 x 100ml - Pyridine Wash Buffer (PWB)
1 x 100ml - Quenching Solution (1M Glycine, pH 8.0)
1 x 50ml - Wash Buffer
Requires: Cold Pack
