The BioMag®Plus Amine Protein Coupling Kit provides all the reagents necessary for covalently coupling proteins to BioMag®Plus superparamagnetic particles. The contents of the kit are sufficient for five coupling reactions.
Materials Supplied with Kit:
25ml - BioMag®Plus Amine Terminated Particles
2 x 10ml - Glutaraldehyde (EM Grade, 25%)
5 x 50ml - Conical Centrifuge Tubes
1 - BioMag® MultiSep Magnetic Separator (Cat. #85200-1)
2 x 125ml - Pyridine Wash Buffer (PWB)
2 x 125ml - Quenching Solution (1M Glycine, pH 8.0)
125ml - Wash Buffer
