Flow Check® Rhodamine Intensity Set
The Flow Check® Rhodamine Intensity Set is composed of 6µm particles labeled with four levels of fluorescence intensity - Low-Brite, Med-Brite, High-Brite, and Maxi-Brite. These particles can be used for detection in channel FL2 and FL3 of the flow cytometer. The Flow Check® Rhodamine Intensity Set is supplied with an undyed particle for comparison.
Nominal Reference Values:
6µm particles
1 x 107 polystyrene particles/ml in aqueous suspension
5ml each of Flow Check® Rhodamine Low-Brite, Flow Check® Rhodamine Med-Brite, Flow Check® Rhodamine High-Brite, and Flow Check® Rhodamine Maxi-Brite
All particles supplied in a 10ml opaque dropper bottles.
