QuantumPlex™ anti-Mouse 4.4µm

QuantumPlex™ is an innovative kit for multiple analyte detection research applications in flow cytometry. QuantumPlex™ allows for detection of up to 10 different analytes per sample or efficient screening of multiple samples. This results in flexible, efficient and cost-effective research.

QuantumPlex™ kits consist of 5- or 10-particle sets, dyed with varying amounts of Bangs' Starfire Red™ dye, which are suitable for use with any standard flow cytometer. Particles are available with Streptavidin to bind biotin, anti-Mouse IgG useful for binding mouse mAb, or Carboxyl groups.

Product Details: We start with two different cell-sized carboxyl-modified polystyrene particles and dye both with 5 different levels or intensities of dye. Our proprietary fluorochrome, Starfire Red™, is excitable by any standard laser-line, and emits in FL3 (with minimal carryover into FL1 or FL2). Then, we coat the dyed particles with our anti-Mouse antibodies.

Product Packaging: This kit contains 1ml , 5ml or 10ml of each of the 5 populations at a concentration of  ~1.0x10⁶ beads/ml.
