QuantumPlex™ Single Population (SP) kits consist of 1-particle, dyed with Bangs' Starfire Red™ dye, which is suitable for use with any standard flow cytometer. Particles are available with Streptavidin to bind biotin, anti-Mouse IgG useful for binding mouse mAb, or Carboxyl groups.
Product Details: We start with two different cell-sized carboxyl-modified polystyrene particles and dye both with one level or intensity of dye. Our proprietary fluorochrome, Starfire Red™, is excitable by any standard laser-line, and emits in FL3 (with minimal carryover into FL1 or FL2). Then, we coat the dyed particles with our anti-Mouse antibodies or Streptavidin.
