QuantumPlex™M is an innovative kit for multiple analyte detection research applications in flow cytometry. QuantumPlex™M results in flexible, efficient and cost-effective research.
QuantumPlex™M kits consist of 5-bead sets of ~6µm highly uniform superparamagnetic microspheres, internally dyed with varying intensities of our Starfire Red™ fluorescent dye. Our proprietary fluorochrome, Starfire Red™, is excitable by any standard laser-line, and emits in FL3 (with minimal carryover into FL1 or FL2).
Product Packaging: This kit contains 1ml, 5ml or 10ml of each of the 5 populations.
Available in three size volumes:
A - 100 data points(1ml)
B - 500 data points (5ml)
C - 1000 data points (10ml)
