The microspheres on all slides are simultaneously excitable with illumination wavelengths of 458nm, 488nm, 514nm, 543nm, 568nm, 633nm, 647nm, and emit fluorescent light simultaneously at 525nm, 590nm, and 660nm (emission max).

Applications:

• Mirror test for z-resolution and determination of aberrations of the objective lenses.
• Determination of the real point spread function (according to Huygens) of your objective lenses.
• Alignment of pinholes and other optical elements.
• Adjustment of the parfocality of the different laser lines according to x-, y- and z-axis.
• Calibration of measurements.
• Determination of resolving power of Light and Confocal Microscopes.
