CellVue® cell linker kits use proprietary membrane labeling technology to stably incorporate a fluorescent dye with long aliphatic tails (CellVue® Dye) into lipid regions of the cell membranes.
Advantages:
• Versatile – use with any cell type or bioparticle with a membrane
• Stable labeling with minimal transfer from cell to cell
• Rapid, uniform membrane labeling
• Combine with fluorescent antibodies or markers of cell function
• Suitable for Cell Tracking and Proliferation studies
• Several colors (UV to NIR) for multi-parameter studies (use with existing fluors for more colors)
• Far-Red and NIR versions can provide greater signal to noise ratio due to reduced background autofluorescence|
• Compatible with flow cytometers, confocal and in vivo imaging equipment
• Convenient, easy-to-use kit format

Video Description: CellVue Maroon provides enhanced sensitivity for visualization of intercellular transfers at the single cell level. Anaplastic lymphoma cells (ALCL) were labeled with CellVue Maroon, and co-incubated with unlabeled cytolytic T lymphocytes and visualized by time-lapse confocal microscopy. The video shows the active and rapid capture of large patches of fluorescent ALCL membrane (shown in blue) by most of the transiently synapsed T lymphocytes.
