Osteo-Bed Bone Embedding Kit
Osteo-Bed is a methyl methacrylate-based material formulated for embedding large and small mineralized (undecalcified) bone specimens. Osteo-Bed Bone can be removed from the section allowing the use of staining procedures similar to a paraffin section. Osteo-Bed Bone is also recommended for immunohistochemistry procedures performed on trephines and other non-decalcified bone or soft tissues.

Osteo-Bed Bone specimen should be sectioned on a microtome designed to cut hard tissue.
