Polysciences offers a wide array of Poly Acrylic Acids (PAA) specifically developed for use in CMP slurries.  We also are available to work closely with slurry manufacturers to optimize their slurry performance with custom engineered chemistries.

 
These PAA  products are available in a wide range of molecular weights and with low metals and chloride contents.  They can also be filtered to remove any potential microbial growth.
