Microring® AC for identification of Anaerobic Cocci
Paper ring with 3 individual printed tips containing various antimicrobial reagents. The resistance or sensitivity patterns can be used to help identify anaerobic cocci.
Method of use: A suspension of test organism is spread onto an anaerobic agar plate. One Microring® AC is laid on top of agar, and plate is incubated overnight at 37°C. Following incubation growth patterns around each tip are read and used to identify the organism.
