May 2010, Warrington, PA — Polysciences, Inc. is pleased to announce the addition of a new UV Curable Encapsulant & Adhesive, PC7010 to its line of Electronic Materials. PC7010 is a flowable, 100% solids, UV light curable product. Its tough elastomeric properties make it particularly useful for potting and bonding applications that are subject to a wide temperature range of exposures. PC7010 has very good adhesion to many difficult to bond engineering plastics used for electrical housings and switches.

PC7010 is best applied through a 14 -18 Gauge tip onto the surface to be bonded or sealed. Sufficient product should be applied to provide full coverage to the bond area.
