Polyethylene glycol monomethyl ether monomethacrylate (PEGMMA 400)
H2C=C(CH3)CO2(CH2CH2O)nCH3 (n=9)
PEG-based cross-linked polymeric materials (hydrogels) are suitable carriers for drug delivery and various other biomedical applications.
Polyethylene glycol-400-methacrylate methyl ether (MeO-PEG-MA 400) is a hydrophilic macromonomer used to introduce hydrophilic sites into polymers, to stabilize polymer emulsions, and in synthesis of comb polymers. MW of ~9 PEG unit = 400.
