Ionizable Lipids
  1. DODAP (1,2-dioleoyl-3-dimethylammonium propane)

    Ionizable Cationic Liposomal Transfection Reagent

  2. DLin-MC3-DMA
    DLin-MC3-DMA
    Catalog Number 14496

DLin-MC3-DMA is an ionizable cationic lipid used for gene delivery in vivo.

  3. DOSPA Chloride
    DOSPA Chloride
    Catalog Number 14477

DOSPA Chloride is a widely used cationic lipid used in the formation of Lipid Nanoparticles (LNP) or Nanostructured Lipid carriers (NLCs) in the development of mRNA vaccines such as COVID-19 vaccine.

  4. DODMA (1,2-dioleyloxy-3-dimethylaminopropane)
DODMA (1,2-dioleyloxy-3-dimethylaminopropane) is an ionizable cationic lipid with a protonatable tertiary amine head group that shows positive charge at low pH. DODMA is highly efficient at encapsulating nucleic acid to form lipoplexes during synthesis by reducing the physiological pH, which readily passes through the cell membrane. These properties make DODMA highly suitable for transfection and drug delivery applications.
