Melanin Bleaching Kits
Polysciences’ Melanin Bleaching Kits collection offers rapid, two-step solutions for removing heavy melanin pigment from tissue sections—particularly in malignant melanoma, pigmented lesions of the skin, retina and brain—so that cellular morphology and immunohistochemical or histochemical staining (especially DAB-based) can be clearly interpreted. The standard Melanin Bleach Kit contains 250 ml each of Pretreatment Solution A and B and requires no mixing, allowing labs to save time while achieving reliable results.
