Alkyne PEGs

The Alkyne PEGs collection from Polysciences features PEG derivatives terminated with a reactive alkyne (-C≡CH) group, enabling copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (“click” chemistry). These reagents include mono- and bifunctional formats (for example alkyne with NHS-ester or amine end-groups) and deliver biocompatible PEG backbones with high reactivity for surface modification, hydrogel synthesis, nanoparticle functionalization and advanced materials workflows.
