0.05M Phosphate-Citrate Buffer, pH 5.0±0.2, 1X Powdered Blend

A commonly used laboratory buffer in a convenient, powdered, single-use pouch format.

To reconstitute, dissolve the contents of a single pouch in 1 liter of deionized water to yield a 0.05M Phosphate-Citrate Buffer, pH 5±0.2. Filter if desired and store at room temperature.
